Kevin Fleming Board Director
Kevin Fleming is an assistant county attorney and Interim Director of the Youth Justice and Wellness Division of the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office, which handles juvenile delinquency and child protection matters. Before joining the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office, Mr. Fleming spent ten years conducting complex investigations with the Minnesota Department of Corrections. Mr. Fleming graduated from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where his interests were in criminal law, constitutional law, and transactional law. Prior to law school, Mr. Fleming graduated with honors from Hamline University, where he majored in legal studies, criminology, and criminal justice.
